Eszter Vincze is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s New York office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and white collar defense & regulation. She has experience representing clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 15-related bankruptcy litigation. Eszter has been recognized by the Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch guide in its commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense categories.

Prior to joining C&G, Eszter served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Brasel of the District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Honorable Jane Kelly of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and was a litigation associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.

Eszter graduated from Harvard Law School, where she was an executive editor of student writing for the Harvard International Law Journal. She received her master’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from Central European University in Hungary and holds a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College.

Eszter is proficient in Hungarian and French.
