Pauline Ivaldi is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s Paris office. Pauline’s practice focuses on French and international tax law, advising corporate and private clients on a variety of complex tax matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Pauline was an international tax law intern at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, Jones Day, and DWF France. She also was a tax intern at Pernod Ricard, and a law intern at the High Court of Bastia, in Corsica, France. She also spent time as an intern at France’s Ministry of Justice, where she worked on contract law reform and blockchain issues.
Pauline holds a Master II in Corporate and Tax Law, a diploma in Economic Law, a Master I in Corporate Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public and Private Business Law, from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
