Tom Orange is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s London office. His practice focuses on white collar defense, financial crime, and related Proceeds of Crime Act work. He represents individual and corporate clients in domestic and international criminal and regulatory investigations, from interviews with the police, the Serious Fraud Office, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the National Crime Agency, or HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), through trial, sentencing, and appeal. Tom also advises both companies and professional firms on their policies and procedures, compliance with HMRC and FCA rules and guidance, sanctions, and changes in law. Prior to joining the firm, Tom trained and qualified at Byrne and Partners, and was an associate at Stewarts.

Tom completed his Legal Practice Course and received his Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University. He is also a graduate of the University of Sussex, where he received his BA in English and Film Studies, with First Class honors.
