Winnifred Lewis is an associate in the New York office of Cohen & Gresser. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, securities litigation, deal litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, and financial product litigation.

Prior to joining C&G, Winnie was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. She also served as a law clerk for The Honorable Henry B. Pitman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Winnie graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she received the Order of the Coif and was an Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in art history from Dartmouth College.
