Anna Milleret-Godet’s practice focuses on employment law. She advises French and international clients in various aspects of employment law, with particular expertise in the social impact of acquisitions, relocations, reorganizations, and mass layoffs involving the implementation of employment protection plans. Anna’s expertise also extends to personal data management by employers (implementation of internal IT charter, video surveillance, emails, data transfers, etc.). Anna has experience advising clients on all aspects of individual and collective labor law and social security law, as well as litigating on their behalf. Anna has been recognized by The Legal 500 in its Stock Market Litigation and Compliance categories in France. Prior to joining the firm, Anna was an associate in the Paris office of Dentons (formerly Salans). She is a graduate of the University of Paris V and the University of Lyon and she is fluent in English and French.
