Nathaniel Read is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who regularly appears before federal and state courts and international and U.S. arbitration forums. His practice focuses on complex business and financial disputes, with a particular emphasis on securities, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. He has also handled a significant number of products liability, antitrust, and other class actions for telecommunications and consumer products companies, as well as other clients. Nate also has extensive experience in trademark, employment, and white collar criminal and enforcement matters.
Nate is recognized in Legal 500’s U.S. guide in its coverage for both commercial litigation and securities litigation. He has also been named one of New York's Super Lawyers for Business Litigation each year since 2016. He graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and a Florence Allen Scholar. Before joining the firm, he practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP in New York City. He is proficient in Spanish.
