Sophia Soejung Kim is an associate at Cohen & Gresser LLP’s New York office. Sophia represents clients in white collar criminal and regulatory investigations, internal investigations, complex commercial litigation, and international arbitrations.
Sophia has represented companies and individuals in sensitive investigations and prosecutions involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), securities fraud, commodities fraud, insider trading, and other white collar matters.
Sophia is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Korea, and graduated valedictorian from the Graduate School of International Studies at Ewha with an M.A. in International Business. Sophia served as a Staff Reporter for two years at the International Herald Tribune-JoongAng Daily in Seoul.
