Valicha Torrecilla’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology law. She advises clients on technology-related transactions and regulatory matters and has experience in copyright, trademark, and patent law.
Prior to joining Cohen & Gresser, she was a legal counsel at Cavelier Abogados in Bogota, Colombia. Previously, Valicha worked as a junior litigation attorney in the Paris office of Pinsent Masons LLP.
Valicha holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Université de Strasbourg Centre d’Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) as well as a double Master’s Degree in French and Spanish Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Universidad Complutense in Madrid.
Valicha is fluent in French, Spanish, German, and English.
