Brett D Jaffe Appointed ABA Subcommittee Co-Chair

Brett D Jaffe has been appointed co-chair of the Private Equity Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation's Commercial & Business Litigation Committee; his term runs through September 2012.   Mr. Jaffe focuses his practice on the litigation of complex corporate and commercial disputes, shareholder, securities and derivative litigation and corporate control and M&A litigation.
