Kathryn T. Mueller is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration group.

Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. Kathryn has experience representing clients across a range of industries, including financial services, technology, and insurance, and throughout all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Valerie Figueredo of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Kathryn received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she earned Dean’s Scholar Prizes in Civil Procedure and Legislation and Regulation, participated in the Cyberlaw Clinic, and was a member of the Board of Student Advisers. She received her B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Tufts University.
