Kye Kim is counsel in Cohen & Gresser’s Washington, D.C. office. Kye has over 20 years of experience in senior in-house positions providing overall strategic counseling, including serving as General Counsel at Innocean Worldwide Inc. and Hyundai Rotem Company. He was also in-house counsel at Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Ltd.

He has advised on all aspects of corporate issues ranging from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate investments, and share purchases. He has provided counsel on capital markets transactions including initial public offerings and bridge loans. Kye is also a litigator with trial experience and has handled and supervised complex disputes involving intellectual property, EPC contracts and antitrust litigation.

Kye received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and is a cum laude graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. He is fluent in English and Korean.
