Lucy Taylor is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s London office and a member of the corporate practice. She focuses her practice on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Lucy has experience advising private equity sponsors, management teams, portfolio companies, and other corporate clients on cross-border investments, acquisitions, and disposals across a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services, consumer goods, and infrastructure. She also completed a secondment with a private equity client, where she worked on high-profile transactions, including the de-SPAC of a U.S.-based digital mortgage lender and a US$250 million investment into a leading global visual effects service provider.

Prior to joining Cohen & Gresser, Lucy practiced in the private equity group of Ropes & Gray’s London office, where she advised on domestic and international corporate transactions.

Lucy holds an LLB (Hons with American Law) from the University of Nottingham, where she graduated with first class honors.
