Muriel Goldberg-Darmon a participé à la Table Ronde sur l’« Activisme actionnarial - Etat des lieux - Présentation du Rapport de la Commission des finances par Éric Woerth » organisée par le Cercle des Administrateurs (CdA) le 8 octobre 2019, au Cercle de l’Union Interalliée . La table ronde était modérée par Caroline Ruellan, Présidente du CdA. Participaient également à cette table ronde Éric Woerth, Président de la Commission des finances et co-rapporteur de la mission parlementaire sur l’activisme actionnarial, et Joseph Oughourlian, Managing Partner de Amber Capital.
