Guest Lecturer, fall 2016, at the University Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne. The course provided an overview of U.S. white collar criminal law. It began with a review of the fundamental principles of U.S. criminal law and a review of the key participants in white collar criminal practice. The course also covered substantive white collar crimes, such as FCPA, banking, and finance related crimes.
