Reinforcement of the Obligations of Listed Companies with Respect to Dilutive Financing Transactions

In particular, they describe the new disclosure requirements for listed companies, namely the obligation to publish a press release and a warning in the event of a dilutive financing transaction concluded with an intermediary.
