Melissa H. Maxman to Speak at Biannual Massachusetts Bench Bar Conference on Multidistrict Litigation

Cohen & Gresser partner Melissa H. Maxman will join the panel on Issues in Multidistrict Litigation at the biannual Bench Bar Conference, hosted by the District of Massachusetts.

Melissa will join a distinguished panel moderated by Hon. Nathaniel M. Gorton, Senior U.S. District Judge (D. Mass.), alongside Hon. Madeline Cox Arleo (D.N.J.), Hon. Paul G. Levenson (D. Mass.), and Josh Bullock of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML).
