Melissa H. Maxman to Speak at Biannual Massachusetts Bench Bar Conference on Multidistrict Litigation

Cohen & Gresser partner Melissa H. Maxman joined the panel on Issues in Multidistrict Litigation at the biannual Bench Bar Conference, hosted by the District of Massachusetts.

Melissa joined a distinguished panel moderated by Hon. Nathaniel M. Gorton, Senior U.S. District Judge (D. Mass.), alongside Hon. Madeline Cox Arleo (D.N.J.), Hon. Paul G. Levenson (D. Mass.), and Josh Bullock of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML).

The discussion explored key issues in multidistrict litigation, including the role of the JPML, emerging case trends, strategies for managing large-scale litigation, and approaches to settlement and transparency.
