The new office is led by Sri Kuehnlenz, whose experience spans commercial litigation, white-collar defense, internal investigations, and executive employment matters. Her practice sits at the intersection of civil and criminal litigation, giving her a nuanced understanding of the challenges companies and executives face in Silicon Valley and beyond. She brings a trial-ready mindset and has helped clients navigate high-stakes disputes, regulatory scrutiny, and internal crises with sound judgment and strategic clarity. Sri began her career in New York and has practiced on both coasts, offering clients the benefit of national perspective and local insight.
