Charlotte has extensive experience advising multinational corporations, private equity firms, and emerging growth companies across a wide range of industries, including technology, health care, and real estate.
Prior to joining Cohen & Gresser, Charlotte practiced at Harlay Avocats, where she played a key role in high-profile transactions, and at Argos Avocats, where she practiced mergers and acquisitions.
Charlotte earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in commercial and corporate law from Queen Mary University of London, completed training at École du Barreau du Québec, and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Université de Montreal.
Charlotte is admitted to practice in Paris and Montreal (QC, Canada). She speaks French, English, and German.
