Maxence Crigny is a lawyer (pending admission to the Paris Bar) in Cohen & Gresser’s Corporate practice in Paris.

Maxence advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including venture capital operations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience at leading law firms and in-house legal departments, where he worked on M&A transactions, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, fundraising transactions, and investment fund matters.

Maxence completed his legal training at the École de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux (EFB). He holds a Master 2 in Business Law (DJCE) from the Université de Caen and a Specialized Master’s degree in International Business Lawyer & Manager from emlyon Business School.

He is fluent in French and English.
