She advises both corporate and private clients on French and international tax matters.

Claire focuses her practice on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, and tax controversy matters. She also advises executives on compensation structuring, wealth planning, and international mobility issues.

Prior to joining Cohen & Gresser, she worked with leading law firms and within in-house tax departments.

Claire holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law and graduated from the Magistère in Business Law, Taxation and Accounting from Aix-Marseille University.

She is fluent in French and English.
