Cohen & Gresser Advises Humanoid in $152 Million Series A Financing at $1.35 Billion Post-Money Valuation

Cohen & Gresser advised London-based robotics company Humanoid on its $152 million Series A financing at $1.35 billion post-money valuation. The financing establishes Humanoid as Europe’s first pure-play humanoid robotics company and will support the continued development and commercialization of its next-generation robotic platforms.
Founded in 2024 by entrepreneur Artem Sokolov, Humanoid develops commercially scalable, general-purpose humanoid and mobile robots designed for industrial automation, logistics, and factory operations.
Cohen & Gresser advised Humanoid on the transaction. The cross-border team was comprised of Olga Ponomarenko and Irina Bratishkina, with support from Christian Everdell on U.S. sanctions matters, Bonnie Roe and Kwaku Andoh on U.S. venture capital matters, Thomas Shortland and Alice Allen on litigation risk assessment, and Lucy Taylor on UK corporate matters.
