Jillian Gray is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration practice. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and internal investigations. She has significant experience litigating in federal courts and representing clients in regulatory investigations. Jillian also advises companies on a wide range of disputes related to employment and ESG matters.
Jillian has experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, including complaints, answers, summary judgment motions, and motions to dismiss, and managing all aspects of discovery, including responses and objections to discovery requests, document productions, subpoenas, and expert reports.
Jillian received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a Senior Editor for the Michigan Law Review. She received her B.A. in Communication and Media and Spanish from the University of Michigan, College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Prior to joining the firm, Jillian practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where she had a secondment at Morgan Stanley.
