Shannon Aimée Daugherty is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration and White Collar Defense & Regulation practice groups. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and criminal and regulatory defense. Shannon advises clients across a broad array of industries on a wide range of disputes, including contract, civil RICO, bankruptcy, and tax matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Shannon has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for business litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Shannon was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Margo K. Brodie of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Shannon received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was the Executive Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and an Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Fellow. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Houghton College.
