Tom Mintz
Associate, New York
Tom Mintz is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration practice. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, internal investigations, and international arbitration. Tom has represented clients during regulatory investigations and in disputes involving, among other subjects, antitrust, arbitration, trade secrets, and securities. He has experience litigating in state and federal courts and drafting dispositive motions, motions in limine, and post-trial memoranda of law. He has also overseen discovery-related document production and prepared for depositions and witness interviews.
Prior to joining Cohen & Gresser, Tom was a litigation associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Before that he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Wier of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Tom is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the George Washington University.
